I'm starting to go to the gym now but I haven't a clue what exercises to do, help?

what you described is your whole body but anyways lol. since you just starting out the best money you can waste is on a gym membership. then since you don't know what your limits are start light then add more weight i mean start real light. if you want to gain more muscular once you find out what weight you struggle with and what not. you should do a set of 3 with 8-12 reps depends on you there is all kind of exercise to work out your body but ill tell you the basics there bench ,curls, squats triceps extensions leg curls, row , leg extensions theres actually alot. you need to create a big amount of tension in your muscles to make them grow. target on one third of your body. make a routine like arms and legs one day and then shoulders and chest another or u can separate them all. diet is a factor i cant tell you what to do there because it depends on your body. protein shakes are ok but they only help about 10% the rest is up to you also it takes a while even years to get a good body it takes sweat but it feels good. GYM is good i talked to a lot of big guys in the gym they pretty much say the same thing. if you have an ipod theres are some good apps that can help you.
