Envious family members?

I know this might be hard to let this go...but you have to. Their reaction to your achievement may be underwhelming, but that is there thing, not yours. Move on. I was the first person in my family to graduate from college too, and no one knew quite what to make of it. For me, actually, it was pretty much a non-event...about as anti-climatic as the expiration of my military enlistment. They may have similar thoughts. Just let it go. And congratulations too! Well done...
