How can I get in shape before tryouts?
I have tryouts for soccer on August 23rd and 25th. It is for school and we have a really good team. How can I get in shape for then? I have a near-by track I can use but it costs every time I use it and it's like 3 bucks so thats to much. And I'm not running around my place. But can you give me like a bit of a day by day way to get in shape? If it helps I got 12 laps on the 12 minute test compared to beginning of the year with nine. I weight about 160 and about 5'4'/5'5' I don't know haven't measure. And yes I realize I'm considered overweight, but can you please help me with it. Just give me some running things to do and like what day to do it. Thanks so much!
