How to run a two mile in 15 minutes in the next 2 weeks?

For field hockey I have to run a 15 minute 2 mile, currently I am around 18 or 19. In 2 weeks I have to run it for tryouts, and in those 2 weeks I will be on vacation but I plan to train. How should I train for it? Ideas on what to do? I have been going to conditioning, yet I still can't seem to get down to 15. I am 16 years old, height: 5'5" weight: 110. Please help!
