I help with the mile fast!!!?

Not every day but 6 days a week is OK. Run 20 minutes the first week, if you can't run for 20 minutes straight, take walking breaks but keep going. The second week do it for 25 minutes and the third and fourth weeks do it for 30 minutes. On one day instead of running at even pace, run 400 meters 4 to 6 in 2 minutes 7 seconds (8:30 pace). At first rest enough to get through the workout but you are trying to reduce the rest as much as possible.
