Is it legal for the guardians to talk bad about the parents?

I've been through 2 different custody battles. No it is not legal for the guardian to bad mouth the parent. We were told by Department of children and families and by partnership for strong families at least in Florida that the person taking care of the child or children should not bring up the parents in a bad way or say bad things about the parents in the present of the child or children. If you have proof by means of emails then print them out and take them to the case worker or department of children and families if you think you worker isn't doing his/her job. It's your right to keep your children from being mentally abused is what that is called. Department of children and families like evidence and if the child or children have a chance to tell ask them too please. No child should be mentally or physically abused.
