It sounds like he's totally resentful and hurt, getting rejected by a girl is one of the worst things for a guy because he's not used to the emotions or how to deal with them and when a girl holds back it makes guys feel like crap. Next time you see him run up to him and kiss him to show him it's not a problem anymore. he needs a band aid for his bruised ego.
