Is this a good plan for the rest of my life?

i want to go to GA tech then get a bachelors degree in computer science then i want to get a bachelors degree in international affairs at UGA and tryout for the special forces and if i make it then do that for four years and try to be C.I.A but if none of the army stuff works then i fall back onto computer programing? is this a good idea because i cant choose between making ALOT of money making computers or being C.I.A
