I have college baseball tryouts in about 2 months and I want to get my speed faster. Right now I am working out legs one day a week and running 4 to 5 days a week about 2-3 miles a day. I started doing 10,20,40 yard sprints once a week. If any one can tell me some more tricks, tips, exercises too do would be great. Specifically my speed is good but when I start at the beginning it takes me a little to long to get to my full speed.
