Do Basketball coaches care if you wear goggles for basketball?

My basketball tryouts for freshmen high school is about to come up in a couple of months and i just ordered goggles because i cant wear glasses during basketball. I am good and i will play better because i will be wearing goggles and when i wear glasses i am afraid they are going to break so i switched to goggles. Contacts are too hard to wear. Do coaches care if you wear goggles or do they care if you are only good? I got good grades and I am good at basketball. Please answer my question!
