When will my male employees learn to FULLY accept my authority?

Your statement after reading a couple times, irks me Because after the 2nd time I read it determining "why the bell rang" Accept and Respect my AUTHORITY you sound you "Reverend" Al Sharpton... respect is EARNED... NOT automatically given Given.. and authority is accepted when one earns respect... I have a problem with people who constantly Make statements like this in a public format..."when will my male employees learn to fully accept MY authority.. IF you have to post this in Yahoo answers I would say you obviously should not have any authority at all.. I bet your employers would love to read about the "manager" they hired who don't get no respect boo hoo hoo
