Need some tryout advice please?

Ok so next year I'm trying out for softball I have been playing for 5 years and I really really want to make varsity. For softball it is possible to make varsity at my school as a freshman. I just needed some advice from those of you who have tried out for high school softball what to know how to do and what to make sure the coaches know about you. Also how to make sure the coaches notice you out of all the others at tryouts. Thanks for the advice!
