Playing U16 China Basketball?

Both of my parents are American citizens (Chinese Immigrants) and I was born the US. I was wondering if I would be allowed to join China's U16 basketball team next summer even though I'm an American citizen. And does anyone know how the process works? (Are there tryouts or something and when?)
